Table 3: Table of our collected data and computed values including spectroscopic, Gaia-derived, and asteroseismic results, as well as derived masses and ages (see text for details) assuming our alternate, model-based mass loss scheme for red clump stars. This table is available in its entirety in machine-readable form in the online article and on Zenodo.

Inlist_common_AT: Inlist_common file used for solar calibrated MESA modeling. For our modeling, we use the r22.11.1 version of MESA and MESA sdk 22.05.1. Please view documentation for complete process on MESA modelling. Files such as 'README.rst', 'make.zip', 'profile_columnsArt.zip',  and 'history_columnsArt.zip' are included for user convenience, but can easily be replicated using MESA documentation. 

COMPLETEGRID: All MESA model tracks from our grid. We advise that 5 models at low mass/ high metallicity did not run, so 619 out of 624 models successfully ran. These can be analyzed using the mesa_reader function in python.
