This article explores the role of physical education lessons in developing students’ personal hygiene in general education schools. In the modern educational environment, physical education is not limited to improving physical fitness but also serves as an effective platform for promoting healthy lifestyle habits, including personal hygiene practices. The study emphasizes the integration of hygiene education into physical education lessons through practical activities, teacher guidance, and student-centered instructional methods. Attention is given to the development of students’ awareness, responsibility, and positive attitudes toward hygiene-related behaviors such as cleanliness, proper sportswear use, and post-activity hygiene routines.
