Description
PACE is a design framework for guide-first interfaces where AI leads users through conversation rather than traditional navigation. The acronym works on two levels: as "Pattern for Agentic Conversational Experience" (the what) and as four behavioral principles—Proactive, Adaptive, Contextual, Efficient (the how). PACE inverts the traditional browse-and-hunt paradigm, placing an AI guide at the center of the user experience.
