Flow–Constants Theory introduces a fundamental revision of natural constants by showing that all of them scale with a single medium-parameter S of the Flow Model.
In this framework, constants are not fixed; they vary fractally across S-layers such as 0.1 → 0.01 → 0.001 → ….
The work reconstructs the S-dependence of major constants:
speed of light c(S) = c₀ / S
gravitation G(S) = G₀·S
Planck constant h(S) = h₀·S
fine-structure constant α(S) = α₀/S
electric charge e(S) = e₀·S¹ᐟ²
vacuum permittivity/permeability ε₀(S) = ε₀/S, μ₀(S) = μ₀/S
Boltzmann & Stefan–Boltzmann constants scale linearly with S
This creates the first unified fractal law of constants:
C(S) = C₀ · Sᵏ, where k ∈ {–1, –½, 0, +1}.
The theory unifies relativity, quantum physics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics and particle physics into a single S-standard table.
It also predicts superluminal regimes for S < 0.1, fractal structure of vacuum, S-dependent particle masses, and new interpretations of gravity, spectra and cosmological observations.
