MULTIPULM Project Poster

This poster provides a visual summary of the MULTIPULM project, which is funded by the Horizon Europe programme (Grant Agreement No. 101226783). The project focuses on delivering accessible, integrated care for people with multiple chronic conditions in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).

It outlines the project's mission to manage long-term chronic respiratory conditions effectively and enhance secondary prevention through a digital ecosystem providing integrated care. It also illustrates the project's scope, which spans 48 months and involves 2,750 patients in three target countries: Brazil, Serbia and Türkiye.
