FIGURE 2. Phylogenetic tree of Scolelepis (Scolelepis) spp. using COI sequences (sequences with an * previously misidentified as S. foliosa according to Surugiu et al. 2022). Blue box represents Scolelepis (Scolelepis) capensis (McIntosh, 1924) and the orange box indicates Scolelepis squamata (O.F. Müller, 1806). Node values indicate Bayesian probability support (excluding probability support values below 0.95) followed by Maximum Likelihood bootstrap support (excluding support values below 95%). Scale bar shows the number of estimated substitutions per site.
