Technical Final Report ALLFROMAIR HC-AWG (The Superwheel)

Description

Defensive publication and technical disclosure of the ALLFROMAIR™ Superwheel system.

Status: PATENT PENDING (Swedish Patent Application No. 2530799-2).

This document specifies the ALLFROMAIR™ HC-AWG (The Superwheel), a next-generation atmospheric water generator. The system replaces conventional dew-point condensation with a thermo-mechanical hybrid process. By combining sorption technology, smart polymers (PNIPAM), and regenerative energy recovery, market-leading efficiency is achieved.

The machine functions as an energy hub delivering drinking water, dehumidification, and significant heat recovery.

Key Performance Indicators:

 * Capacity: 200 liters/day (Standard) – 5,000 liters/day (Container).

 * Energy Efficiency: ~13 liters per kWh (0.07–0.08 kWh/liter).

 * Total Average Power: ~650 W (Including regenerative powertrain).

 * Heat Production: ~5.9 kW continuous process heat per 200L module.

 * Operating Range: -10°C to +45°C.

Innovator's Comment:

The path to this solution has been long. For nearly ten years, the focus has been on analyzing and identifying the exact material combination required to break the thermodynamic barriers for efficient water extraction. The challenge was not mechanics, but chemistry. Once the correct polymer formulation was identified and theoretically verified, the entire system architecture fell into place. This report is the result of that breakthrough.
