PRIMENA VEŠTAČKE INTELIGENCIJE U POSLOVANJU SA OSVRTOM NA LANCE SNABDEVANJA I LOGISTIKU

Apstrakt: U ovom radu se analizom relevantne literature istražuje primena veštačke inteligencije (AI) u savremenom poslovanju, sa posebnim naglaskom na lance snabdevanja i logistiku. Analizom literature iz perioda 2023–2025 identifikovani su ključni trendovi u upotrebi AI alata, uključujući prediktivnu analitiku, optimizaciju transportnih ruta, upravljanje zalihama i održivost poslovanja. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na to da primena AI doprinosi povećanju efikasnosti i produktivnosti, smanjenju troškova i grešaka, kao i unapređenju korisničkog iskustva. Posebna pažnja posvećena je izazovima implementacije, kao što su visoki troškovi, nedostatak stručnog kadra, etičke dileme i regulatorni okvir, naročito EU AI Act. Rad doprinosi razumevanju savremenih trendova i ukazuje na to da je uloga AI u lancima snabdevanja i logistici neizbežna, ali da zahteva pažljivo planiranje, postepenu implementaciju i integraciju sa drugim tehnologijama. Time se otvara put ka otpornijim, agilnijim i održivijim poslovnim procesima.

Abstract (English)
Abstract: This paper, through the analysis of relevant literature, explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in modern business, with a particular focus on supply chains and logistics. By examining literature from the period 2023–2025, key trends in the use of AI tools have been identified, including predictive analytics, transport route optimization, inventory management, and business sustainability. The findings indicate that AI implementation contributes to increased efficiency and productivity, reduced costs and errors, as well as improved customer experience. Special attention is given to the challenges of implementation, such as high costs, lack of skilled personnel, ethical dilemmas, and the regulatory framework, particularly the EU AI Act. The paper contributes to understanding contemporary trends and highlights that the role of AI in supply chains and logistics is inevitable, but requires careful planning, gradual implementation, and integration with other technologies. This opens the path toward more resilient, agile, and sustainable business processes.
