Apstrakt: Proizvodnja u farmaceutskoj industriji predstavlja jednu od najkompleksnijih i najstrože regulisanih delatnosti, jer se zasniva na strogim zahtevima kvaliteta i bezbednosti, u potpunosti usklađenim sa regulativama. Savremeni trendovi poslovanja usmereni su na digitalizaciju i automatizaciju, odnosno implementaciju digitalnih tehnologija za efikasniju i agilniju proizvodnju. Osim proizvodnje, u okviru farmaceutske industrije vrši se pružanje usluga u vidu edukacije lekara i farmaceuta, primena digitalnih platformi za praćenje terapija, telemedicina i drugo, čime se povećava vrednost za krajnjeg korisnika. Cilj ovog rada je da se prikaže primena digitalnih tehnologija u farmaceutskoj industriji i njihov značaj za unapređenje proizvodnje i pružanja usluga. Namera rada je, da se na primeru dobre prakse, istaknu prednosti, unapređenja i mogućnosti koje primena digitalnih tehnologija omogućava preduzećima iz oblasti farmaceutske industrije. Primena ovih tehnologija omogućava digitalizaciju i automatizaciju procesa i unapređuje upravljanje proizvodnjom i pružanje usluga.

Abstract
Abstract: Production in the pharmaceutical industry represents one of the most complex and strictly regulated activities, as it is based on rigorous quality and safety requirements fully aligned with regulations. Modern business trends are focused on digitalization and automation, i.e. the implementation of digital technologies for more efficient and agile production. In addition to production, the pharmaceutical industry provides services such as the education of doctors and pharmacists, the use of digital platforms for therapy monitoring, telemedicine, and others, thereby increasing value for the end user. The aim of this paper is to present the application of digital technologies in the pharmaceutical industry and their significance in improving production and service management. The intention of this paper is, using an example of good practice, to highlight the advantages, improvements and opportunities that are enabled to companies in the pharmaceutical sector by the application of digital technologies. The application of these technologies enables the digitalization and automation of processes and improves production and services management.
