Description
This study provides a theoretical in-depth analysis of the essence of conflict situations that arise in the pedagogical process, their purpose and subject. Conflicts in the educational environment are interpreted as a complex phenomenon that is formed in the system of socio-psychological relations between the teacher, students and other educational subjects.
The research process is based on the fact that pedagogical conflicts are not only a negative situation, but also a factor that serves the development of the individual, the improvement of the educational process and the strengthening of pedagogical reflection. The purpose of conflicts in the learning process is revealed as a multifaceted process related to the protection of the needs, interests and positions of the subjects, and their subject is revealed through real or subjectively perceived issues that cause the conflict.
