Description
Python pipeline for automatically creating flattened versions of FreeSurfer cortical surfaces. Features JAX-accelerated optimization with vectorized gradient descent, template-based cut mapping via FreeSurfer's surface registration, and FreeSurfer-compatible patch file output.
