Description
This record corresponds to a book chapter published in the edited volume "Construyendo el futuro de la educación superior en la era digital".
The chapter analyzes the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in higher education from the perspective of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), focusing on both students’ and teachers’ perceptions. The proposed approach integrates a fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic model with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to assess digital maturity and technology acceptance in university environments. The results reveal a strong relationship between AI adoption and improvements in the academic experience.
