The chapter proposes a unified framework for employee attrition analysis by integrating Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Machine learning models are used to identify key drivers of employee turnover, while XAI techniques enhance transparency and interpretability. AHP is incorporated to introduce human judgment into the decision-making process, supporting more informed and ethically grounded HR strategies.
