Description
This repository contains Xenium spatial transcriptomics data with multimodal cell segmentation. The data were generated using the Multi-Tissue (XeniumMT) and Human Prime 5K (Xenium5K) gene panels and were used in the spatial platforms comparison study by Cervilla et al. (2025).
