Using data indexed in Scopus and visualization techniques based on VOSviewer, the paper identifies major research trends, thematic clusters, and emerging areas related to AI-driven recruitment, decision support systems, and training. The results provide a structured overview of the main research directions and highlight the impact of AI on modern HR practices.
