Abstract
ఈ పరిశోధన ఆన్లైన్ తెలుగు పరిశోధన పత్రికల ‘విజిబిలిటీ’ సమస్యలను విశ్లేషిస్తుంది. భారతీయ పరిశోధనలు డిజిటల్ మాధ్యమానికి మారుతున్నప్పటికీ, తెలుగులో ఈ పరివర్తన నెమ్మదిగా సాగుతోంది. ఆన్లైన్ ప్రచురణల విస్తృతవ్యాప్తి, విద్యారంగంలో పరిశోధన ప్రమాణాలు- సాంకేతికత పట్ల పెరుగుతున్న శ్రద్ధ ఈ అధ్యయనానికి ముఖ్య ప్రేరణ. తెలుగులో ప్రచురించిన పరిశోధన వ్యాసాలు ప్రధాన సెర్చ్ ఇంజన్లు, గ్లోబల్ అకడమిక్ డేటాబేస్లలో కనిపించకపోవడం పరిశోధనసమస్య. పూర్వ పరిశోధనలు అంతర్జాతీయ ఇండెక్సింగ్ ప్రమాణాలు, మెటాడేటా ప్రాముఖ్యత వివరించినప్పటికీ, భారతీయ భాషల్లోని ఓపెన్ యాక్సెస్ కంటెంట్ సాంకేతికమైన లోపాలు, వాటి సవరణలు అరుదుగా అధ్యయనం చేశాయి. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో పరిశోధనకు ఐదు ఆన్లైన్ తెలుగు పరిశోధన పత్రికలను (ఔచిత్యమ్, సాహిత్యతరంగిణి, జ్యానవి, లాంగ్వేజ్ ఇన్ ఇండియా, అక్షరసూర్య) ఎంపిక చేసుకోవడమైంది. వీటి వెబ్సైట్ల నిర్మాణం, నిర్వహణలోని సాంకేతికాంశాలు, వ్యాసరచన స్వరూపం, పరిశోధన పద్ధతులు, విషయగతమైన అంశాలు విశ్లేషించడమైనది. సెర్చ్ ఇంజన్లలో వ్యాసాల విజిబిలిటీ సమస్యలు అంచనా వేయడమే ఈ పరిశోధన పద్ధతి. ప్రాథమిక, ద్వితీయ శ్రేణి సమాచారం సేకరించారు. చాలా పత్రికలు సాధారణ వెబ్ టెక్నాలజీలు వాడుతున్నాయని, సరైన HTML మెటాడేటా లేకపోవడం, PDFలలో బిబ్లియోగ్రాఫిక్ వివరాలు లోపించడం, స్పష్టమైన సైట్ నావిగేషన్ లేకపోవడం వంటి సాంకేతికలోపాలు ప్రధానసమస్యలని పరిశోధన వెల్లడించింది. కొన్ని పత్రికలు ఓపెన్ జర్నల్ సిస్టమ్స్ (OJS) వంటి ఆధునిక ప్లాట్ఫామ్లను వినియోగిస్తున్నప్పటికీ, Google Scholar మార్గదర్శకాలను పూర్తిగా పాటించడం లేదు. Language in India పత్రిక మాత్రం అంతర్జాతీయ డేటాబేస్లలో స్థిరంగా ఇండెక్స్ అవుతూ, మెరుగైన విజిబిలిటీ కలిగి ఉంది. ఈ లోపాలు విద్యా పరిశోధన రంగ అభివృద్ధికి అడ్డుగా నిలుస్తాయి. భవిష్యత్తు పరిశోధనల నిమిత్తం ప్రతి వ్యాసానికి Google Scholar నిర్దేశించిన 'citation_' మెటాట్యాగులు కలిగిన ప్రత్యేక అబ్స్ట్రాక్ట్ పేజీలను సృష్టించడం, స్పష్టమైన సైట్ నావిగేషన్, PDF మొదటి పేజీలో పూర్తి వివరాలు పొందుపరచడం, సెర్చ్ ఇంజన్ క్రాలింగ్ను నిరోధించకుండా పబ్లిక్ యాక్సెస్ కల్పించడం వంటి సాంకేతిక సవరణలు సూచించడమైనది. సాధారణ పరిశోధకులు వినియోగించగల “ప్రత్యేక సాఫ్ట్వేర్ సాధనం” అభివృద్ధికి ఈ పరిశోధనవ్యాసం దోహదపడుతుంది
