Description
This record provides the operational “map layer” for the Operator Closure Constraint (OCC) research program. It specifies how the core artifacts—(i) OCC: The First Principle, (ii) OCC: Formal Specification and Adversarial Test Charter, (iii) Closure-Pathogen Postulates (CHP), and (iv) an OCC Field Audit / Worked Example—compose into a single deployment workflow with explicit evidence gates and claim permissions.
The map resolves two recurring implementation failure modes by forcing upfront declarations: (1) a return-work counting-rule fork distinguishing non-durable attempts (ρnd\rho_{nd}ρnd, binary per attempt) from reopen-event counts (ρevt\rho_{evt}ρevt, potentially multiple events per attempt), and (2) an exit-rate formulation for durable settlement (μdexit\mu_d^{exit}μdexit) that removes horizon-lag ambiguity in boundary conservation checks. It also formalizes the separation between deployment disconfirmation (invalid instrumentation, boundary drift, unit drift, reopen incompleteness, or metric contamination) and mechanism falsification (a sustained regime that improves durable settlement under real contestability without any conserved outputs rising, under Charter-compliant measurement).
Annex A includes a standardized OCC Deployment Report Template that functions as the required reporting interface for deployments, reducing omission risk and enabling cross-study comparability.
