[paintera-1.13.1] - 2025-12-20

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Extend label sources provided to morph cell images
  • Don't annotation with @JvmRecord (kapt bug seemingly)
  • Migrating to javafx 25 changed the behavior of saalfx.TitledPaneExtensions.graphicsOnly. It also doesn't seem to be required anymore. So don't use it.
  • Ensure distances are calculated even when not uses nearestLabel morph option.

  • Build with jdk 25, kotlin 2.3, and javafx 25.0.1
  • Some fixes to ensure compatibility with JDK 25 and Kotlin 2.3
  • Bump javafx version
  • Bump dep versions

🚜 Refactor

  • Move top level tests to be nested in org.janelia.saalfeldlab
  • Rename showReadme to openReadme
