D6.2 Training plan and online training material

This deliverable presents the training strategy and related online learning materials developed within the AI-PRISM project (Horizon Europe GA nº 101058589).

The training plan is based on a cross-case analysis of industrial needs in human-robot collaboration (HRC) and aims to enable flexible, scalable, and user-centred learning experiences.

The deliverable outlines a modular curriculum structured through a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS), multilingual content, and hybrid methodologies that integrate experiential and digital learning.

It includes detailed insights from the Silverline use case, demonstrating high operator engagement and successful knowledge acquisition. Results from tests and qualitative surveys support the model's effectiveness and provide recommendations for broader industrial uptake and replication.
