This deliverable presents the methodological and practical results of DATAMITE Task 4.3, focusing on the development of mechanisms and action blueprints for data monetisation in European companies. Building on the strategic profiles defined in Task 4.1 and the valuation methodology developed in Task 4.2, this work integrates three complementary components: the Data Monetisation Maturity Model (DMMM), the Data Valuation Model, and the adapted Monetisation Canvas (MTC). Together, these elements form a coherent framework that enables companies to assess their readiness for data monetisation, quantify the value of their data assets, and design viable, value-based business models. The DMMM enables organisations to assess their current readiness for data monetisation, as well as to design a necessary target maturity while identifying the gap to overcome. The Data Valuation Model is a new means to quantify the value of a data set, giving orientation for pricing in the market. Further, strategy-specific canvases were created based on the twelve strategy archetypes from Task 4.1, linking organisational capabilities, valuation indicators, and key performance metrics to actionable business configurations. The resulting blueprint supports enterprises, particularly SMEs, in translating strategic intent into measurable economic outcomes. Validation interviews with pilot organisations confirmed the framework’s practical relevance and usability. Overall, this deliverable contributes to the European data economy by providing structured, value-oriented mechanisms for sustainable and interoperable data monetisation.
