Cerebral Palsy: Modern Medicine vs Ayurveda & Homeopathy - A Real Integrated Case Observation

Authors/Creators

Description

This work presents a single-case integrated clinical observation of a 3-year-old child diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, managed through a coordinated approach involving Ayurvedic external therapies and classical homeopathic internal treatment, alongside standard supportive care.

Language versions (ভাষা:):
This record includes both English and Bangla (Bengali) versions of the same case observation as separate files. (এই রেকর্ডে একই কেস অবজারভেশনের ইংরেজি ও বাংলা সংস্করণ আলাদা ফাইল হিসেবে সংযুক্ত রয়েছে।)

From the perspective of modern medicine, Cerebral Palsy is considered a non-progressive neurological condition for which treatment remains primarily supportive rather than curative. This case explores how traditional systems—specifically Ayurveda (Vata-based neurological framework) and Homeopathy (constitutional nervous system regulation)—may contribute to functional improvement and quality-of-life enhancement when applied responsibly and in an integrated manner.

The observation documents:

  • Birth and early neurological history

  • Ayurvedic diagnostic assessment (Vata predominance)

  • Integrated treatment approach (Ayurveda external + Homeopathy internal)

  • Short-term clinical observations related to sleep, muscle tone, movement, behavior, skin condition, and digestion

  • Ayurvedic interpretative analysis

  • Expected outcomes with longer-term continuation

This document is intended to serve as an educational case observation, encouraging clinical discussion, interdisciplinary learning, and constructive peer feedback. It does not propose a treatment protocol, guideline, or cure claim.
