"Group Decision-Making Model Based on 2-Tuple Fuzzy Linguistic Model and AHP Applied to Measuring Digital Maturity Level of Organizations"
This article proposes a group decision-making methodology based on a fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic model combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to assess the digital maturity level of organizations. The approach supports the evaluation of digital transformation strategies by aggregating expert judgments and prioritizing key criteria derived from the literature. The model is validated through an empirical study on Spanish SMEs, enabling clustering-based recommendations tailored to different levels of digital maturity.
