This article addresses employee attrition as a critical challenge in organizational management and explores the use of Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) to support strategic human resources decision-making. Machine learning models are applied to predict employee turnover, while XAI techniques provide transparency and interpretability of the factors influencing these predictions. The proposed approach enables decision-makers to identify early warning signals of attrition and design targeted retention strategies based on data-driven insights.
