Role of Homoeopathy in Managing Migraine in a Menopausal Woman After Failure of Conventional Therapy: A Case Report

Migraine during menopause are common and often refractory to conventional therapies due to hormonal fluctuations, medication intolerance, or poor therapeutic response. This case report presents the successful management of chronic menopausal migraine with individualised homoeopathic treatment after conventional medicine failed to provide relief. The report also highlights the importance of understanding menopausal mental and physical expressions in selecting the appropriate homoeopathic remedy.
