This article is one of the topical problems of our time. It focuses on such issues as the system of educational work carried out by the class teacher with students, a deeper and more serious approach of the class teacher to the planning of educational work, and the development of the life of the class team. The features of the systematic improvement of the activities of the class teacher in the pedagogical and psychological study of students and the interaction of the class teacher with students are highlighted in detail.
