This Zenodo deposit contains a publicly available description of the Dataset:
Title: "Single-nucleus RNAseq of the post-mortem cingulate cortex and substantia nigra from control and Parkinson's disease brains".
Description: Samples of the Cingulate Cortex and Substantia Nigra from post-mortem brains from the New York Brain Bank were dissected and processed using 10X single-nucleus RNA sequencing on the Chromium Next GEM Single Cell v3.1 (Dual Index) platform.
This dataset is made available to researchers via the ASAP CRN Cloud: cloud.parkinsonsroadmap.org. Instructions for how to request access can be found in the User Manual.
