CLARIAH-EUS-gArA: Euskarazko albisteen elkarrizketa- laguntzaile fidagarria

This poster describes work on CLARIAH-EUS-gArA, a project that developed a Basque news conversational assistant using Latxa language models and a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system integrated with Berria’s news corpus to provide accurate, source-based answers while minimizing hallucinations and supporting research in humanities through transparent, reproducible workflows. The poster was presented at the fourth CLARIAH-EUS workshop, on November 28, 2025 in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
