CFMIP cfsites locations for CFMIP4/CMIP7

This is a list of cfSites locations for CFMIP4/CMIP7.   It is based on the list of 121 locations published in the supplementary information of Webb et al. 2017 (https://gmd.copernicus.org/articles/10/359/2017/)

An additional five optional locations were added to the list in 2018, and this was circulated to the CFMIP modeling contacts list <cfmip-model-contacts@googlegroups.com> on 1st March 2018.

This version of the list contains all 126 locations.  A python script is also provided to read the csv file.  This converts in into json format.
