SURUNKALI GASTRIT VA ME'DA–ICHAK YARALI KASALLIKLARINING YANGI PATOGENEZ QARASHLARI

Ushbu maqolada surunkali gastrit va me’da–ichak yarali kasalliklarining (MYuK) yangi patogenez qarashlari 35 nafar bemor misolida klinik kuzatuv asosida o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida klinik simptomatika, laborator va endoskopik natijalar, immun markerlar (IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8), mikrobiota tarkibi hamda oksidlovchi stress ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar H. pylori infeksiyasi bilan bir qatorda immun tizim disbalansi, mikrobiota buzilishi, oksidlovchi stress va epigenetik omillarning ham kasallik patogenezida muhim rol o‘ynashini ko‘rsatdi. Ushbu yondashuv surunkali gastrit va MYuKni erta aniqlash, individual prognozlash hamda maqsadli davo strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishda ilmiy va amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
