International Commission on Physics Education (ICPE) Newsletter, Issue 60

This is the November 2010 issue of the International Commission on Physics Education (ICPE) newsletter, marking ICPE’s 50th anniversary. It reflects on the Commission’s history and announces the first World Conference on Physics Education, scheduled for Istanbul in 2012.
