openBIS Schema Extension for research in Materials Science and Engineering (v0.1.0)
Authors/Creators
Description
This repository contains the Python scripts which can be used to initialise an openBIS instance with a set of metadata schemata and an example inventory for instruments, consumables, and software. The schemata contain details for several experimental techniques, simulation and machine learning approaches.
The schemata are based on the requirements of the collaborative research centre CRC 1394: Structural and Chemical Atomic Complexity - From Defect Phase Diagrams to Materials Properties. They can be further adapted to suit the needs of other laboratories with similar activities.
The most up-to-date version is made available in GitLab.
