Description
Inclusion criteria were: adult patients (≥18 years old) with histologically confirmed primary GS grade 4 and complete clinical, radiological, and pathological data available. Exclusion criteria included patients under 18 years of age and secondary GS cases developing after previous glioblastoma treatment.
All collected data were entered into an Excel spreadsheet and analysed using Python software. Continuous variables were expressed as mean, median, standard deviation (SD), and range. Categorical variables were summarised using counts and percentages. Data visualisation was performed using cumulative distribution plots, bar and pie charts, and boxplots with median values highlighted in red. The cohort comprised six males and four females, resulting in a male-to-female ratio of 1.5:1 (Figure 3).
