Description
PhyloImpute complements SNP data on non-recombining DNA, such as the human Y chromosome, by leveraging the SNPs' phylogeny as reported in a phylogenetic tree.
This is a GUI for PhyloImpute v1.3.
Compared to previous GUI (PhyloImpute v1.1), the current version has additional functions and fixed bugs (see more: https://github.com/ZehraKoksal/PhyloImpute/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md). The current GUI uses tkinter (instead of kivy) and offers a standardized and easier file selection.
pi_v1.3_gui_linux (linux version):
- executable file can be opened by doubleclicking.
- Or in the command line:
- chmod +x pi_v1.3_gui_linux (once)
- ./ pi_v1.3_gui_linux
- Was tested on ubuntu 24.04.1
pi_v1.3_gui_windows.exe (windows version):
- .exe file can be opened by doubleclicking.
- was tested on windows 10
Test_data folder can be unzipped and used to try the software.
PhyloImpute_v1.3_Tutorial contains step-by-step manual on the application of PhyloImpute v1.3 (GUI) and its output files.
