New well characterized process and formulated pilot-products (in Collaboration with Companies) [GRIP - D2.6.2]

The main outcome reported in this Deliverable is related to the description of the design and the production of  three pilot scale model products (food supplements; cosmetics) formulated using selected valorised (and characterized ingredients) as described in D.2.3.1, D.2.3.2,  D. 2.4.2  and listed in D 6.2.2.

After the complete characterization  of the best performing (single or combined) bio-based and green technological processes, the work allowed to obtain some well characterized ingredient, ready to be scaled up as well as to be used in model products.
