Machine Learning Discoveries of HVCN1-X Synergy in ETC-1922159 Treated Colorectal Cancer Cells
Authors/Creators
Description
HVCN1 is the gene that encodes for voltage gated proton channel. It works along with other genes/proteins, however, many of the synergistic combinations are not known. In colorectal cancer (CRC) cells treated with ETC-1922159, HVCN1 was found to be dow regulated along with other genes. A recently developed search engine ranked combinations of hydrogen voltage gated channel HVCN1-X (X, a particular gene/protein) at 2nd order level after drug administration. These rankings reveal which HVCN1-X combinations might be working synergistically in CRC. In this research work, I cover combinations of HVCN1 with NADPH oxidase 1 (NOX1), ecto-NOX disulfide-thiol exchanger 2 (ENOX2), mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), matrix metallopeptidase (MMP), tumor protein p53 (TP53), marker of proliferation Ki-67 (MKI67), glutathione s-transferases (GST) and phospholipase C (PLC) family.
