DRSN XXVII: Synthesis and Closure of the De Rerum Spectrale Natura Collection (De Rerum Spectrale Natura, Report XXVII, Version 1.0)
Description
This report provides the final synthesis and closure of the De Rerum Spectrale Natura
(DRSN) collection (Reports I–XXVI). The programme is fixed as a three-block blind architecture
comprising mathematical foundations (I–X), blind development and methodological
closure (XI–XVIII), and controlled non-retroactive applications (XIX–XXVI).
Within this architecture, we define a Theory-of-Everything (TEO) layer as an effective
organisational layer constrained by a spectrally rigid operatorial core and by universal
obstruction mechanisms arising from commutator hierarchies. We further clarify the precise
sense in which the DRSN explains the Universe: as a globally coherent effective organisation
of physical sectors arising from controlled truncations and projections of a rigid spectral
substrate. No new technical results are introduced, and no claims of physical uniqueness or
ontological closure are made.
