LA FANFICTION NUMERIQUE : UNE PRATIQUE POUR MOTIVER LES ETUDIANTS ALGERIENS ET DEVELOPPER LEURS COMPETENCES EN LECTURE-ECRITURE/ DIGITAL FANFICTION AT ALGERIAN UNIVERSITY : A PRACTICE TO MOTIVATE STUDENTS AND DEVELOP THEIR READING-WRITING SKILLS

Résumé : Adaptée en classe, la pratique sociale de la fanfiction numérique motive les apprenants et développe leurs compétences en lecture-écriture. Cette affirmation ne s’applique pas cependant à tous les contextes. L’expérimentation menée auprès d’étudiants algériens de première année de Licence, appuyée par un entretien, révèle que la fanfiction numérique, étrangère à la culture numérique des participants, ne suscite pas leur intérêt ; d’où leur indifférence au dispositif adopté.

Abstract: Adapted to the classroom, the social practice of digital fanfiction motivates learners and develops their reading-writing skills. However, this statement does not apply in all contexts. The experiment carried out with Algerian L1 students, supported by an interview, reveals that digital fanfiction, foreign to the digital culture of the participants, does not arouse their interest; hence, their indifference to the system adopted.
