This article develops an analytical approach based on the 5D model for evaluating the services provided by Uzbektelecom JSC and discusses its practical application. Within the framework of the 5D model, services are comprehensively assessed, covering five main dimensions - economic efficiency (Demand & Profitability), level of development of digital infrastructure (Digital Infrastructure), social coverage and inclusion (Demographic & Social Reach), innovative potential (Development & Innovation), and environmental sustainability and "green" initiatives (Decarbonization & Sustainability).
