Статья посвящена исследованию исторического процесса формирования и развития института коммерческой тайны и секрета производства (ноу-хау) в российском законодательстве. Автор подробно рассматривает эволюцию нормативно-правовых актов начиная с периода правления Петра I и заканчивая современными нормами Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации.
Abstract (English)
The article is devoted to the study of the historical process of formation and development of the institute of trade secrets and production secrets (know-how) in Russian legislation. The author examines in detail the evolution of regulatory legal acts starting from the reign of Peter the Great and ending with the modern norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
