Maldonado ε‑Lattice Theory‑of‑Everything Program (NEXTLEVEL v36: Bridge Algebra + preregistered tests; v37 closure note + code bundle)

Description

Changelog (v5 → v36): adds ε‑free bridge invariants + Bridge Algebra closure tables, preregistered test protocol, Monte‑Carlo null audit, and ΔN_eff→Ω_gw audit hooks; **adds a reproducibility bundle (+ a short v37 closure note) for easier replication**.

Overview:

This deposit is a **Theory‑of‑Everything (ToE) only** update to the Zenodo concept record (all versions DOI): **10.5281/zenodo.17872787**.
Previous baseline public version: “Maldonado ε‑Lattice Theory‑of‑Everything Program (NEXTLEVEL v5)” (version DOI: **10.5281/zenodo.17872788**).

The program is a falsifiable **single‑parameter hierarchy framework** based on the charged‑lepton small parameter:

- **ε ≡ √(m_μ/m_τ) ≈ 0.243851**

and an **ε‑lattice ansatz** for key dimensionless observables:

- qᵢ ≈ Cᵢ · εⁿⁱ, with **nᵢ ∈ ℤ** and **Cᵢ = O(1)** (typically 0.5–2.0).

The baseline (v5) lattice includes lepton/quark hierarchies, CKM mixings, a neutrino‑hierarchy proxy, cosmological amplitudes (A_s, η_b), a small hidden‑sector ΔN_eff hook, and a **gravity rung** via α_G(e) ≡ G m_e²/(ħc) ≈ 0.96·ε⁷³.

## What’s new in NEXTLEVEL v36

This release consolidates several “next‑level” extensions built on top of the v5 ε‑lattice:

1. **Bridge invariants (“ε‑free” invariants)**
Construct combinations of lattice observables whose ε‑powers cancel exactly. These invariants are intended as cross‑sector checks that do not depend explicitly on ε once rung assignments are fixed.

2. **Bridge Algebra closure relations**
A compact set of bridge invariants is used to form closure equations linking micro‑hierarchies (masses/mixings/cosmology) to macro targets (selected mass ratios and gravitational couplings). Included as CSV tables of invariants and closure predictions.

3. **Preregistered test plan**
A preregistered “freeze‑the‑targets” testing protocol is included to reduce hindsight bias: invariants and target tolerances are frozen first, then tested against later input updates (PDG/Planck/PTA/ringdown).

4. **Monte‑Carlo null audit**
A lightweight null‑model audit estimates how surprising the observed “invariant‑target hits” would be under a broad baseline.

5. **ΔN_eff → Ω_gw mapping hook**
Companion ΔN_eff audit JSON files are included to connect hidden‑sector radiation budget choices to a GW‑forward observable.

## Added in this draft (reproducibility bundle)

- **Reproducibility bundle ZIP:** `Maldonado_ToE_NEXTLEVEL_v36_ZENODO_RELEASE_PLUS_v37_CODE.zip`
Includes the full v36 bundle + a short **v37 Bridge Algebra closure note** PDF + small Python “reproduce” scripts (and a copy/paste metadata helper).

## Scope note

This release is **strictly Theory‑of‑Everything via the ε‑lattice**. Higher‑dimensional blast / FTL / non‑ToE material is intentionally excluded.

> Most materials are inside the ZIP bundles; key PDFs are also uploaded separately for in‑browser preview.
