Description
Python scripts for quantifying dynamic heterogeneity in molecular dynamics simulations using four-point correlation functions. The package computes the four-point dynamic susceptibility χ₄(t) and four-point structure factor S₄(k,t*), enabling extraction of the dynamic correlation length ξ via Ornstein-Zernike fitting.
These scripts were developed for analyzing ion transport dynamics in water-in-salt electrolytes and are applicable to any glass-forming liquid or concentrated electrolyte system simulated with GROMACS.
