Reincarnate D4.3 - Business ecosystems for circular markets: maturity, transformation and mapping

Based on a series of interviews that identify and qualify stakeholders and stakeholder grouping related to participation in a business economy system, ten platform economy schemes have been identified. These schemes serve as starting points for partners acting as suppliers, complementors, or orchestrators to initiate business modelling processes and reflect on ecosystem composition and synergies.

Learning models are used to develop business models that address key questions required for pitch-oriented models. An AI-driven process supports model creation using available data and validated prompts. The approach has been evaluated through interviews with beginners, learners, practitioners, innovators, and leaders, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback.

One of the main objectives of the REINCARNATE project is the reduction of CO₂ emissions and increased independence of the EU construction market. The deliverable provides a methodology for developing sustainable business models and mature platform economy schemes for circular markets.
