SuPerPoV Scores: Super-levelset Persistence on Polar Vortices Scores

• The u1060.txt contains data for the zonal wind speed at 60 degrees latitude for the winter dates between 1960-2022. This data is not needed to run the code in the github.
• The gph_10hPa file contains data for the geopotential height at 10 hPa for every even latitude-longitude pair for every day in the winter months between 1960-2022. This data is needed to run the SuPerPoV1.1.1.py and SuPerPoV_hPa_1.0.1.py in the github.
• The gph_50hPa file contains data for the geopotential height at 50 hPa for every even latitude-longitude pair for every day in the winter months between 1960-2022. This data is needed to run the SuPerPoV_hPa_1.0.1.py in the github.
• The gph_100hPa file is the exact same as gph_50hPa file listed in the bullet above but for 100 hPa
