We found that by tuning just one timescale the “memory time”
the same framework jumps across three major regimes without adding anything:

• Make it very short → you get quantum-like behavior
• Set it to half the damping time of a black-hole mode → you match the ringdown of GW150914/GW190521
• Set it to half the age scale of the universe → you get de-Sitter–like relaxation

Mass then appears as something emerging from the memory time itself.
Still fully inside GR+Λ, but it hints that one single rule might actually link all three regimes of physics.
