Description
The submitted 3D electron diffraction (3D ED) data contains the collected raw data, data reduction inputs and dynamical refinement files of three ceramic compounds: NATP, LATP and almandine. The data was collected with different 3D ED methods (continuous-rotation, precession-assisted or stepwise-static) from 9 different crystals. Experimental details and further descriptions can be found in 10.26434/chemrxiv-2025-4fmbm.
