Description
The Kaleidoscope E. multilocularis application is an R Shiny tool designed to support the creation of standardised surveillance reports.
The application enables users to manage geospatial data, review results and produce two types of R Markdown report:
- Annual Report: A comprehensive overview of E. multilocularis surveillance across all participating countries for a selected year.
- Country-Specific Reports: Focused reports that summarise surveillance outcomes, maps and key indicators for individual countries.
