Resonant Relativity: A Unified Framework for General Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, and Intent through Information and Resonance Fields

Description

Resonant Relativity (RRT) proposes a unifying perspective on the long-standing tension between General Relativity (GR) and Quantum Mechanics (QM)—namely, the conflict between a geometry that requires no observer and a probabilistic world that cannot exist without one.

This work starts from a single organizing principle:

Reality=Intent×Information×Resonance.\text{Reality} = \text{Intent} \times \text{Information} \times \text{Resonance}.Reality=Intent×Information×Resonance.

The three components—Intent (I), Information (S), and Resonance (R)—are elevated to independent dynamical fields. Together with

  • spacetime geometry gμνg_{\mu\nu}gμν,

  • matter fields ψ\psiψ,

  • information density SSS,

  • intent field III, and

  • resonance field RRR,

they form a single variational action from which both GR and QM appear as opposite limiting regimes.

 Key Contributions

  • GR emerges naturally in the regime where information dominates and intent is suppressed.

  • QM arises in the regime of dominant intent and low-information density, producing probabilistic structure.

  • Both the Schrödinger equation and Einstein field equations arise as boundary cases of the same higher action.

  • The resonance field RRR provides a mechanism for coherence across microscopic and macroscopic scales.

  • Concepts such as “measurement,” “choice,” and “observer effect” are redefined not as philosophical add-ons but as physical variables inherent to the theory.

Position Within the Broader Research Program

This paper serves as the entry point to the unified field component of the RFC/ERA/RUFT/Resonant Ontology project.
It integrates insights from over a hundred theoretical papers and extensive computational experiments, offering the first consolidated physical formulation of the “breathing–resonance ontology” developed across the series.
