FIGURE 3. Maximum likelihood phylogram based on cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) of the studied taxa. Bootstrap supports (if>60%) and BP given. Sequences are specified by extraction numbers. Colours indicate mOTUs as in Fig. 1. The GenBank numbers of reference sequences are also shown, after: Falniowski et al. 2012, Delicado & Hauffe 2022. New sequences obtained in this work are marked in bold.
