Description

This work presents the TSMTR-V3, a hybrid toroidal resonator architecture designed to extend photon lifetime and increase effective quality factor (Qeff) through engineered loss manipulation. The system integrates a Controlled Coupling Interface (CCI) for predictable thrust-coupled output, and a Micro-Recirculating Structure (MRS) that increases the optical path inside the resonator by shaping sub-wavelength internal geometry. The design converts parasitic scattering into useful recirculation, enabling sustained radiation-pressure thrust and providing a rigorous pathway toward high-Q operation in compact photonic propulsion systems.
