Integrating Education and Patient Care into Open Science at the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC)

Open Science is about research, education, and patient care.

At the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC) we integrate Open Educational Resources (OER) and patient care, alongside open publishing and research activities, into Open Science recognition and reward. 

Each of these broad areas exchanges knowledge and outputs with the other areas. Considering them all as interconnected elements of Open Science reflects the breadth and impact of Open Science more accurately.
